 1. Object

The purpose of these general conditions of sale is to determine the conditions under which orders are made on the site www.bagtrotter.com.
Any order implies unreserved acceptance and full adherence to these general conditions which prevail over any other client document.
These general conditions may be revised at any time. Any modification is immediately applicable. The irregularity of one condition will not affect the other terms and conditions.

The items supplied by bagtrotter.com are new and guaranteed against any defect at the time of delivery. All the products offered comply with current French legislation.
The photographs illustrating the products are not contractual.
The products remain the property of BAGTROTTER SAS until full payment of the order. However, from the delivery, the risks of the delivered goods are transferred to the customer.

4. Price

The prices appearing on the site are prices including all taxes in euros taking into account the VAT applicable on the day of the order.
VAT included is French VAT.
The prices of our articles are indicated in Euros. All orders, whatever their origin, are payable in Euros.
For European Union countries, the items you order are subject to French VAT at the current rate of 20%. You cannot recover this VAT but you do not have to pay any additional tax at the reception.
The prices of the products can be modified or updated at any time, it being understood however that the price appearing on the site on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the customer.
In the event of an obvious error in the price displayed on the site, Bagtrotter SAS reserves the right to confirm the order or to cancel it and reimburse the customer.
There can only be one type of promotion per order, so our offers cannot be combined.
For any delivery, shipping costs are to be added to the price of the product (s) ordered. These shipping costs are calculated before the validation of your order for acceptance.

5. Order and payment

Once your order has been entered on the site www.bagtrotter.com, a confirmation email will be sent to you and your order recorded. Upon receipt of this order, Bagtrotter SAS ensures compliance and performs some prior checks. Bagtrotter SAS reserves the right to refuse an order.

6. Shipping time and availability

7. Delivery

Delivery will be made by the carrier from Monday to Saturday to the address you have indicated. In case of absence the carrier will contact you or leave you a calling card.

Bagtrotter SAS cannot be held responsible for non-performance of the contract, in the event of force majeure, disruption or general strike, total or partial, in particular of postal services and means of transport.

8. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the legal provisions in force, the consumer customer can exercise his right of withdrawal within 14 days, without invoking any reason from the date of delivery of his order.
This right of withdrawal must be asserted by email to Bagtrotter SAS customer service at the address contact@bagtrotter.com
The product (s) must be returned in their original packaging, complete and intact, to the following address:

The cost of returning the product (s) are the responsibility of the customer.
The refund will be made within 10 days via the same means of payment as that used for the purchase. It will relate to the returned products and not to the transport costs associated with the return.
Products returned damaged, soiled or incomplete will not be reimbursed.
If the product is found to be defective, or if we have made a delivery error in relation to your order, Bagtrotter SAS will cover the return costs by providing the customer with a prepaid label.

9. Personal data

Bagtrotter SAS is aware of the importance of protecting the privacy of its own users and customers and undertakes to pay maximum attention to the obligations taken with regard to them.

This contract is subject to French law. The language of the contract is French. Any dispute arising in connection with the application or interpretation of this contract will be submitted to the competent French courts.
