How can I track my order?
Want to keep an eye on the tracking of your order? No problem.
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email. In this email, you will find the tracking number of your package.
If you have a Bagtrotter account, you can also track your order in your “My account / My orders” area.
Warning: If you do not receive the order confirmation email or the shipping one, be sure to check "junk mail" or "spam" in your mailbox.
What are the shipping times?
Orders are prepared and shipped within 2-3 days of placing your order.
You will be notified by email as soon as your package has been shipped and you will receive the tracking number of your order to track its delivery.
For orders in mainland France, delivery is 48h to 72h. *
For orders abroad, delivery is 4 to 7 days. *
* These deadlines are however communicated for information only because we do not control any delays related to the organization of the Post.
I am absent at the time of delivery. What to do ?
You are not there at the time of delivery? Don't worry, a calling card will be left in your mailbox and you will have a maximum of 10 days to collect your package from the post office mentioned on the notice.
We invite you to check the maximum withdrawal period on the follow-up email from the post office.
My package is returned to the sender. What to do ?
Didn't have time to collect your order after the 10 days?
Unfortunately, your package will be returned to Bagtrotter. You can request a refund of your order or a new shipment at your expense from Customer Service.
I have no change on the tracking number of my order. What to do ?
When your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number. Tracking may take a few hours before updating, this is the time our carrier picks up your order.
However, if you do not receive your order after 10 working days, we invite you to contact our Customer Service. We will do our best to find a solution.
My package is indicated as delivered but I have not received anything. What to do ?
First of all, we invite you to get closer to your neighbors, or to your caretaker if you live in a building, in order to see if one of them has not collected your package.
Sometimes packages are notified as "Delivered" one day in advance of the arrival date of the package, although it does not arrive until the next day.
If, despite everything, you have not received your package 72 hours after the “Delivered” notification, you can contact our customer service. We will open an investigation with La Poste to find your package within 15 days.
